Looking for casual Korean food in Tampa?

Discover the culinary delights of K-Deli, conveniently located near USF University!
This hidden gem offers a menu that resembles a Korean deli or convenience store, featuring a variety of mouthwatering options like bulgogi, chicken mayo, tuna mayo, cheese, spam, and egg gimbap, as well as bulgogi, pork, chicken, and vegetable lunch boxes.
In addition, K-Deli serves up delicious udon, tteokbokki, bibimbap, and japchae. Just like the trendy deli stores in Seoul's Seongsu-dong and Yeonnam-dong, they offer an array of snacks and side dishes alongside their main menu. You can enjoy a boxed lunch for about $13 or try their slightly larger cup-sized tteokbokki for $8. During our visit, we had a satisfying meal for two at just $40.
The pork combo box was generously portioned, consisting of rice mixed with black rice, two rolls of gimbap, pickled radish, radish, fresh cucumber, japchae, one fried shrimp, and one spring roll. With a total of eight different items, including ample servings of rice, meat, and japchae, we couldn't have asked for more. Every dish we tried was warm, hearty, and truly the best Korean food we've ever had in Tampa.

It made us nostalgic for our college days, and if we had a restaurant like this near our school, we would have visited regularly. If you happen to be in the area, I highly recommend checking out K-Deli. It's a self-paid, voluntary review, and we can't wait to return next time we're in Tampa for some more authentic Korean flavors.

This place offers a similar taste to the convenience store lunch boxes featured in popular K-dramas on Netflix, and we're eager to spread the word about this delightful lunch box restaurant.
